This is the website of The Real Ergo, the author of Cube World, Alien Sun, and Main Engine among a host of other small projects. I program primarily in Java and C++, but I have some experience in a variety of languages and have done some hardware prototyping and graphic design. Bio

I am Kienan Ahner-McHaffie, a college sophomore hailing from Chicagoland currently attending Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. I am passionate about computer graphics, procedural content generation, and embedded systems, so I am majoring in computer science. In my free time I enjoy building games with a few friends for game jams like Ludum Dare, a hobby that led to the creation of my long-running Alien Sun project. While not working on that, I am usually spending my time with friends and family or working with a small team on my greenhouse automation startup.
